BATTLEFIELDS: Another New Song Posted Online

March 4, 2009

Minnesota's BATTLEFIELDS has posted the song "Blueprint" on the band's MySpace page. The track comes off the group's Translation Loss debut, "Thresholds Of Imbalance", which was recorded at The Devil's Workshop in Minnesota with drummer Rob Schmidt at the helm and was mastered by Nick Zampiello at New Alliance Audio. A March 31 release is expected.

According to a press release, "BATTLEFIELDS have been touring relentlessly for the last three years and accruing massive accolades for their astounding live performances and their two previous records, 'Stained with the Blood of an Empire' and 'Entourage of the Archaic', both released on indie label Init Records. Fresh off their first European tour this summer with Belgium's AMENRA (whom they previously did an extensive U.S. tour with during the spring of 2008),BATTLEFIELDS' new material encompasses a new direction in extreme and epic mind-expansive music."
